| AWARD Reading is a K-3 literacy program that fully integrates technology and print to accelerate reading achievement for all students, especially ELL and Special Education students. It was developed over a five year period by internationally recognized literacy experts. A scientific study of 1068 New York City students showed that NYC students using AWARD significantly outperformed control subjects in rhyming abilities, vocabulary development, emergent reading abilities and listening comprehension.
